I think I did pretty good on it knowing that I only just started touch typing. My words per minute is 2, my number of typed characters is 8 and my number of mistakes is 0. All together my success percentage is 100%. We did the test with a cover over our hands so we couldn't look at the keyboard. Thats why it is so hard. We have been learning to touch type for about 4 weeks now, but we only get to go on once a week.
This is my touch tying test. We did the test with a cover over our hands so we couldnt look down at the keyboard. The test goes for 1 minute. My rate (Words per minute) is 4, my number of typed characters is 16, my number of mistakes is 31, and my success percentage is 0%. We have been learning to touch type from the start of the year and I think that it is really fun. We are only aloud to learn to touch type if we have brought our cover for our hands. The cover that we have for our hands is simply just a piece of sheet or a pillow case or something like that and you just place your fingers on the keyboard and ask someone to put the cover over your hands and keyboard. Over all it is very fun.
